At Finzie, we believe that mortgage advice should be affordable. Therefore, we offer this advice for as little as € 1.499,- . We then provide you with a complete all-in personal mortgage advice, including personal contact with a coach; wherever and whenever you want. Your coach knows exactly what can and cannot be done in your situation and looks for the perfect mortgage and best insurance for you.
You’ll get full insights when it comes to the costs of our mortgage advice. We discuss this in advance to prevent you from unexpected costs. If this is your first Dutch mortgage, our rate is as sharp as € 1.499,- . If you already have a Dutch mortgage or if you’re planning to change your current mortgage, our rate will be € 1.999,- . Depending on your personal situation, another € 300,- can be added. Naturally, we will tell you this upfront so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
